Call for Abstracts.
Participants are invited to submit their abstracts here:
Submission of an abstract constitutes a commitment by the author to present at the symposium, as well as publication of the abstract
in the abstract book, if accepted.
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION DEADLINE 23rd of June 2023
Abstracts must meet the following requirements:
Structure: Title, Authors (first & surnames; underline the presenting author), Department, Institution, City, State, Country
Length: Text with a minimum of 250 and a maximum of 300 words
Corresponding author: full name, affiliation, address, and email address.
Indicate your preference for an oral or poster presentation and the relevant field for your abstract from the topics listed
under menu point "Topics”.
After the submission, abstracts will be reviewed, and authors can look forward to receiving a notification not later
than end of July 2023.
Conference organisers reserve the right to adjust the format and/or layout of the accepted abstract to fit within the
general format of the abstract book.
