Participant without presentation
Up until 30 days before the symposium:
Reimbursement of 100% minus an admin fee (EUR 25,-)
Between 30 and 14 days before the symposium:
Reimbursement of 50%
14 - 0 days before the symposium:
No reimbursement
Presenters
Up until 30 days before the symposium:
Reimbursement of 100% minus an admin fee (EUR 25,-)
The registration can be transferred to another presenter.
Between 30 and 0 days before the symposium:
No reimbursement. The registration can be transferred to another presenter.
